Yes! We offer a 14-day free trial on our Pro plan. No credit card is required to start. You get full access to all Pro features during the trial period.
Absolutely. The Pro plan includes 3 seats, and the Business plan includes 10 seats. You can add more seats for a small additional fee. Each team member can have different roles and permissions.
We offer community support for Starter plans, priority email support for Pro plans, and dedicated account managers with 24/7 support for Business plans. All users have access to our comprehensive documentation and video tutorials.
PostDog is a web-based platform optimized for both desktop and mobile browsers. A native mobile app for iOS and Android is currently in development and will be released soon.

WhatsApp Business API

Yes, you can migrate your existing number to the WhatsApp Business API. However, you must delete the WhatsApp app from your phone during the migration process. The number cannot be used on the regular WhatsApp app while connected to the API.
The Green Tick (Official Business Account badge) is granted by Meta to verified businesses. We provide guidance and assistance throughout the verification process, including help with Meta Business verification, document preparation, and application submission. Business plan customers get priority support for verification.
Message templates are pre-approved messages that you can send to customers outside the 24-hour messaging window. They must be approved by WhatsApp/Meta before use. PostDog provides a template builder that helps you create compliant templates and submit them for approval directly from the dashboard.
WhatsApp charges per conversation (24-hour messaging window), not per message. Pricing varies by country and conversation type (user-initiated vs business-initiated). PostDog includes a certain number of conversations in each plan, with additional conversations available at competitive rates.
Yes! PostDog includes a visual Flow Builder that lets you create sophisticated chatbots without coding. You can set up automated responses, create multi-step flows, add conditional logic, integrate with your CRM, and even hand off conversations to human agents when needed.
A broadcast allows you to send a single message to multiple contacts at once. Unlike WhatsApp groups, each recipient receives the message as an individual chat. PostDog supports bulk broadcasts with personalization, scheduling, and detailed analytics.

Email Marketing

It depends on your plan. The Starter plan includes 500 emails/month, Pro includes 10,000, and Business includes unlimited sending capabilities. You can also purchase additional email credits if needed.
Yes! We offer 50+ professionally designed, mobile-responsive email templates. You can also use our drag-and-drop editor to create custom templates or import your own HTML designs.
Absolutely. You can import contacts via CSV upload or directly from other email marketing platforms like Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or Sendinblue. We also provide migration assistance for Business plan customers.

Security & Privacy

Yes, security is our top priority. We use industry-standard encryption (AES-256) for data at rest and TLS 1.3 for data in transit. Our infrastructure is hosted on AWS with SOC 2 Type II compliance.
Yes, PostDog is fully GDPR compliant. We provide tools for consent management, data export, and data deletion requests. We also offer a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) for all customers.
By default, data is stored in our US-based servers. EU customers can request data residency in our EU data centers (Frankfurt). Enterprise customers can choose from multiple regions.
Yes, we support 2FA via authenticator apps (Google Authenticator, Authy) and SMS. Business plan customers can also enable SSO with SAML 2.0 for enterprise-grade security.
