Connect with 5,200+ marketers, developers, and agency owners building the future of customer communication. Get help, share ideas, and shape the product roadmap.
The PostDog Community is a free space for everyone who uses, or is curious about, multi-channel marketing across WhatsApp, social media, and email. Whether you are just setting up your first WhatsApp Business API number, looking for a battle-tested chatbot flow template, or trying to figure out why your email deliverability dropped last week, this is the place to ask.
We started the community in early 2024 with a small group of beta testers and a single Discord channel. Today it has grown to over 5,200 members across Discord, GitHub, and social, including e-commerce operators, WhatsApp API consultants, marketing agencies, SaaS founders, and in-house growth teams from across India, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and beyond.
The goal has always been practical knowledge-sharing: what worked, what broke, what the numbers actually looked like. No fluff, no vendor pitches, just real conversations between people doing the work.

The PostDog Community is open to anyone who wants to get more out of their marketing channels. You do not need to be a PostDog customer to join, we welcome anyone interested in WhatsApp marketing, social media management, or email automation.
Our most active members typically fall into one of these groups: small business owners and D2C founders who run their own WhatsApp marketing without a dedicated team; marketing managers at mid-size companies looking to standardise workflows across channels; WhatsApp API consultants and agencies who build and manage PostDog setups for multiple clients; and developers and technical marketers who use the PostDog API and webhooks to build custom integrations.
If you are evaluating PostDog versus a competitor, the community is also a good place to ask honest questions and get answers from people who have actually made the switch.
"I posted a question about setting up a re-engagement flow for dormant WhatsApp contacts at 11pm. By morning I had six detailed replies, two shared their own flow configs, and one offered a 15-minute call. I've never seen that level of helpfulness in any marketing community."
Ritu M., D2C Apparel Brand, Jaipur
"The template library alone is worth joining. We pulled a cart-recovery WhatsApp template from the community, adapted it in 10 minutes, and it's been our highest-converting broadcast ever, 38% click-through."
Anil K., E-Commerce Agency, Hyderabad
"The weekly masterclasses have genuinely improved how I pitch WhatsApp marketing to clients. I now have data, benchmarks, and a clear framework, all sourced from real community results, not vendor slide decks."
Sahil P., WhatsApp API Consultant, Mumbai
